WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE RULES

I. Guarantee

Keeping furniture rules for use and maintenance, the guarantee period is 12 months from the date of dispatch.

Upon receipt of the furniture, the buyer must check the integrity of the glass and mirrors (if ordered), as well as the condition of the packaging and fittings.
Before assembly, the buyer must check the parts for defects. If a defect is found, assembly must be stopped as parts with assembly marks unchangeable.

The manufacturer's packaging must be retained until the end of the guarantee period, as replacement of parts is only carried out in the factory packaging.
The warranty does not apply and parts will not be replaced if they have already been installed or if they show clear signs of use (e.g. drilled holes, cut holes etc.).

Save the furniture after assembly purchase receipt and marks on packaging labels until the end of the guarantee period.

II. Acceptance of claims

Quality claims accepted only on presentation of a purchase receipt (or invoice) and the product itself or parts thereof in factory packaging.
Apply at it is necessary to specifythe date of purchase, the product, the nature of the claim, photos of the defect, photos of the purchase documents and packaging labels.

In the event of non-compliance with the requirements set out in points I and II, claims shall not accepted.
Upon receipt of the furniture, the buyer must check the integrity of the glass and mirrors, the condition of the packaging and the condition of the parts, as after adoption claims for broken or scratched glass, mirrors or mechanically damaged parts not accepted.

Defects caused by incorrect assembly (by the buyer), damage during transport or misuse, disposed of at the buyer's expense.

Tolerances:

  • Uniform grain size of the PVC film on the surface and on the edges.
  • Barely visible micro-scratches on PVC MDF facades.
  • Microscopic strips (on PVC „metalik“ facades).
  • Darker or lighter bands, stains (on PVC „metalik“ facades).

PVC „metalik“ facades may show microscopic stripes, streaks or micro-scratches that resemble cracks in a lacquered coating, as well as lighter or darker areas that change shade depending on the viewing angle.
This is no defects, and considered to be the inevitable individual characteristics of metallized films, arising from specific features of the production technology (e.g. uneven distribution of special effects).
Such differences are random and unpredictable, so no claims relating to the above aesthetic features will be accepted.

III. Loss of warranty

Warranty Not applicable, if:

  • Rules on the storage and use of furniture have not been respected;
  • The buyer repaired or refurbished the furniture himself;
  • The furniture has been damaged by pets, exposed to high temperatures, aggressive liquids or covered in water;
  • Visible signs of careless use;
  • The buyer has changed the design of the product or parts of it;
  • The warranty period has expired;
  • There is no document confirming the purchase;                                                                                                                            
  • There are no product-specific packaging labels or markings.
