Requirements for the acceptance of furniture
Please read these instructions carefully to avoid unpleasant consequences due to incorrect use of the furniture.
1. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1.1. Check the completeness and integrity of the parts when unpacking. No comments on completeness or damage after assembly will be accepted. If the packaging is damaged and the parts are damaged, they will not be replaced free of charge.
1.2. After removing the packaging, you may smell the odour for a while - this is not harmful to health. The materials used in the furniture are certified according to international eco-safety standards.
1.3. If the furniture was delivered in sub-zero temperatures, it must be allowed to warm up indoors before use.
2. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS FOR FURNITURE
2.1 Light: Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Prolonged direct light can change the colour of certain parts of the furniture. Visible colour differences may occur when replacing or adding to a set - this is not considered to be a defect in quality and becomes less noticeable over time.
2.2. Moisture: recommended relative humidity - 45-70 %. Increased humidity can damage the structure of the furniture or individual parts over time. If moisture gets on the furniture, it should be wiped off immediately. The surface must always be dry.
The use of a cooker hood during cooking is essential to maintain optimum humidity levels and to avoid direct exposure to steam on furniture bodies and facades, which can cause deformation, delamination of the laminate or swelling of the material.
2.3 Temperature: recommended air temperature - +10 °C to +35 °C. Avoid contact with hot objects (irons, pots, etc.) and exposure to strong light or heat sources. The cooker hood must operate every time the cooker is switched on. Furniture items adjacent to the oven or cooker should be protected by heat insulating strips.
3. USE AND MAINTENANCE OF WORKTOPS
3.1. To avoid swelling of the worktop and delamination of the plastic edge, do not allow water to collect on the surface.
3.2. Don't place hot items, irons, pans or dishes from the oven on the worktop - use heat-resistant trays.
3.3. Do not allow frozen products to sit on the worktop for long periods of time - a sudden change in temperature can damage the base material.
3.4. If beetroot juice, concentrates, paints, chemicals or bleaches get on the surface, wipe them off immediately and rinse the surface thoroughly.
4. MAINTENANCE OF HULLS AND FACADES (LMDP, VARNISHED, MDF WITH PVC FILM)
4.1. Protect surfaces from aggressive liquids (solvents, petrol, acids, acetone, strong cleaners) and natural or chemical dyes (coffee, juice, etc.).
4.2. Clean surfaces regularly with a damp, soft cloth. The material used must not contain abrasive particles or aggressive chemical compounds.
4.3. Slight colour variations may occur when furniture items are replaced or added at different times or from different batches - this is not a quality defect and becomes less visible over time.
5. MAINTENANCE OF GLASS AND MIRROR SURFACES
5.1. Do not use metal objects or strike heavy objects. Do not overload glass shelves.
5.2. Clean only with products specifically designed for glass and ceramics. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal sponges. Clean glass and mirrors with a soft cloth.
5.3. It is not recommended to wash mirrors with water or normal window cleaners, which can cause stains and cloudiness. It is best to use an ammonia solution or a special mirror cleaner.
5.4. Be careful not to get water on the edges and back of the mirror, as the silver layer can darken on contact with water.
